1. Cancellation fees will be calculated based on the reserved food and beverages, applying the applicable rates in the table below.

■ When canceling everything

≪14 people or less≫

Cancellation on the day or no visit → 100% The day before → 80% 2 days before → 50% 3 days before → 50% 7 days before → 30%

≪15 to 20 people≫

Cancellation on the day or no visit → 100% The day before → 80% 2 days before → 50% 3 days before → 50% 7 days before → 30% 14 days before → 20%

<21 to 40 people>

Cancellation on the day or no visit → 100% The day before → 80% 2 days before → 60% 3 days before → 50% 7 days before → 50% 14 days before → 50% 20 days before → 50% 45 days before → 30%

<41 to 60 people>

Cancellation on the day or no visit → 100% The day before → 80% 2 days before → 70% 3 days before → 60% 7 days before → 50% 14 days before → 50% 20 days before → 50% 45 days before → 30%

<61 to 80 people>

Cancellation on the day or no visit → 100% The day before → 100% 2 days before → 80% 3 days before → 70% 7 days before → 60% 14 days before → 50% 20 days before → 50% 45 days before → 30%

<81 to 100 people>

Cancellation on the day or no visit → 100% The day before → 100% 2 days before → 80% 3 days before → 80% 7 days before → 60% 14 days before → 50% 20 days before → 50% 45 days before → 50%

≪101 people~≫

Cancellation on the day or no visit → 100% The day before → 100% 2 days before → 80% 3 days before → 80% 7 days before → 80% 14 days before → 50% 20 days before → 50% 45 days before → 50%

■ Partial cancellation

5 to 3 days before the reservation date → Free 2 to 1 day before the reservation date → Free On the day of the reservation → 100% of the meal price

≪20% or more of the reservation number of people≫

5 to 3 days before the reservation date: Free 2 to 1 day before the reservation date: 20% of the meal price On the day of the reservation: 100% of the meal price

*However, cancellation fees will not be charged if the number of participants is reduced by up to 5 people up until the day before the event.

2. The customer will be required to pay the full cancellation fee as invoiced by the store.

3. No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations that fall under any of the following cases.

(1) Natural disasters, disruptions to transportation (including strikes), and other force majeure events.

4. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of the reservation date without contacting us, your reservation may be canceled on the day.
